CAUSE: You started compilation using SignalTap II Logic Analyzer, but the Quartus Prime software cannot perform this compilation on the current design because you changed one or more source files in the design and therefore the design requires a full compilation.
ACTION: Perform a full compilation of the design, then compile with the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer.
