CAUSE: The specified WYSIWYG DLL primitive has a value specified for either the INPUT_FREQUENCY parameter or the DLL_PHASE_SHIFT parameter, but not both; however, a WYSIWYG DLL primitive must have both the INPUT_FREQUENCY and DLL_PHASE_SHIFT parameter values specified. This error usually occurs when you instantiate a megafunction directly in a text file rather than using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager .
ACTION: Locate the source of the message to determine which megafunction parameter is causing the error and specify a legal parameter value. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager to specify legal parameter values for megafunctions.
