ID:35038 One or more partitions use a Quartus Prime Exported Partition File netlist -- this error may be the cause of the illegal netlist connectivity reported earlier

CAUSE: This error message is always accompanied by a previous error message issued by the Partition Merge Report regarding an illegal netlist connectivity in the design. One or more partitions are currently using a Quartus Prime Exported Partition File (.qxp), which means that they are replaced by a compilation result from another project. Netlist illegalities can result if the combined netlists are not compatible due to the restrictions imposed by the device.

ACTION: Verify that the child project and the top project are properly set up for the Quartus Prime Exported Partition File flow in incremental complication. See the Incremental Compilation Handbook for more details.
