CAUSE: The device family of the project and the previously generated netlist used for the specified partition does not match.
ACTION: If the project has the correct device family setting, recompile the specified partition using its source files or using a Quartus Prime Exported Partition File (.qxp) generated using the correct device family. Alternatively, change the device family of the project to match the partition.
