Keep/Remove Commands (Shortcut Menu)

 

You access these commands by pointing to Filter Selection, and then pointing to either Keep or Remove on the Shortcut menu.

The Keep and Remove commands display a selection of resource types on which to filter a multiple selection. You can choose a resource type to retain in the selection, or to remove from the selection.

 

Selection

Description

Input

  • If selected from the Keep menu, removes everything except input ports from the multiple selection.

  • If selected from the Remove menu, removes only input ports from the multiple selection.

Output

  • If selected from the Keep menu, removes everything except output ports from the multiple selection.

  • If selected from the Remove menu, removes only output ports from the multiple selection.

Node

  • If selected from the Keep menu, removes everything except nodes from the multiple selection.

  • If selected from the Remove menu, removes only nodes from the multiple selection.

Routing Element

  • If selected from the Keep menu, removes everything except routing elements from the multiple selection.

  • If selected from the Remove menu, removes only routing elements from the multiple selection.

Location Assignment

  • If selected from the Keep menu, removes everything except location assignments from the multiple selection.

  • If selected from the Remove menu, removes only location assignments from the multiple selection.

Path

  • If selected from the Keep menu, removes everything except paths from the multiple selection.

  • If selected from the Remove menu, removes only paths from the multiple selection.

Connection

  • If selected from the Keep menu, removes everything except connections from the multiple selection.

  • If selected from the Remove menu, removes only connections from the multiple selection.

User-assigned LogicLock Region

  • If selected from the Keep menu, removes everything except user-assigned LogicLock regions from the multiple selection.

  • If selected from the Remove menu, removes only user-assigned LogicLock regions from the multiple selection.

Fitter-placed LogicLock Region

  • If selected from the Keep menu, removes everything except Fitter-placed LogicLock regions from the multiple selection.

  • If selected from the Remove menu, removes only Fitter-placed LogicLock regions from the multiple selection.

Resource

  • If selected from the Keep menu, removes everything except unused resources from the multiple selection.

  • If selected from the Remove menu, removes only unused resources from the multiple selection.

Bundle

  • If selected from the Keep menu, removes everything except bundles from the multiple selection.

  • If selected from the Remove menu, removes only bundles from the multiple selection.

Clock Region

  • If selected from the Keep menu, removes everything except clock regions from the multiple selection.

  • If selected from the Remove menu, removes only clock regions from the multiple selection.
