What Our Partners Are Saying
From improving Wi-Fi technology to AI-based automation, industry leaders have acknowledged how the Intel® Connectivity Analytics Program has helped them develop and deploy their applications and services.
Discover insights. Drive impact.
Explore the Possibilities
Turn the telemetry data from Intel Connectivity Analytics into actionable insights that can identify common issues impacting client PCs. You can then leverage these insights to notify network administrators, client administrators, and individual users of performance bottlenecks and errors, to provide relevant data to speed up support tickets, and to help IT administrators proactively address problems across the fleet.
Optimizing Wi-Fi Driver Settings
Improve network performance by detecting sub-optimal driver settings on individual systems and prompting fixes or automatically adjusting parameters to a recommended value before it negatively impacts other PCs on the same access point (AP). IT client admins can apply Wi-Fi driver settings across all impacted clients by detecting and correcting incorrect configurations to improve performance across the client network.
Resolving Wi-Fi Antenna Disconnections
A damaged or disconnected antenna impacts Wi-Fi performance and prevents operation in MIMO modes; it can also slow network traffic for all users connected to the same AP. Intel Connectivity Analytics helps Partners use these insights to develop prompts that identify Wi-Fi performance issues for individual users and contact the help desk. It also helps IT admins use aggregated data analysis to detect models with high rates of disconnected antennas.
Resolving External Screen Issues
Detect when a connected Thunderbolt external display isn’t working and help clients troubleshoot these errors by auto-triggering a help desk support ticket with detailed insights that speed up resolutions and save users’ time. Beyond the help desk, IT admins can monitor PC fleets for proactive resolutions, such as firmware updates, of common Thunderbolt screen issues.
Troubleshooting Connected Devices
Gain full visibility into which peripheral devices have been connected, and when, so that help desks can troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly while IT departments can analyze the PC fleet for common issues.
Resolving Poor Wi-Fi Coverage
Identify poor coverage zones by analyzing Wi-Fi signal strength, band, channel utilization, and available APs to alert users when they should move to a better location or improve AP deployment in work-from-home environments. For on-site PC fleets, IT can analyze coverage zones with detailed data on neighbor APs to resolve Wi-Fi issues.
Resolving Outdated Access Points
Improve user performance when PCs support a newer Wi-Fi standard than the available AP. Suggest AP upgrades for impacted individuals working outside of the office, and help IT admins prioritize AP upgrades based on the distribution of PCs with advanced Wi-Fi capabilities on-site.
Overcoming Co-Channel Interference
Help home users detect when multiple neighboring APs are transmitting on the same Wi-Fi channel, allowing them to reset the AP channel and make manual adjustments to minimize interference. IT administrators can identify co-channel interference zones undetectable by APs and reset or reposition APs to reduce interference.
Analyzing Wi-Fi Roaming Data
Harness Wi-Fi driver roaming analytics insights, unique to Intel Connectivity Analytics, to help identify and suggest fixes when client devices roam too often, for too long, or ‘ping-pong’ at home or at the office. IT admins can collect roaming data from client Wi-Fi drivers to build trend insights and proactively detect anomalies in Wi-Fi coverage to resolve service degradation across the PC fleet.
