Terms and Requirements Relating to Intel Events
At Intel, we are committed to and focused on empowering all people to reach their full potential. The Intel Code of Conduct—available here—outlines what Intel stands for as a company and what we value as we deliver technology and experiences that delight our customers and earn the trust of our key stakeholders.
We are committed to incorporating that same focus at Intel events. And we strive to deliver a respectful, friendly, and enjoyable experience for all participants. We do this by promoting an environment that is diverse, inclusive, and free from discrimination, regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, physical or mental disability, veteran, marital status, or any other classification protected by laws, regulations, and ordinances.
Intel expects all participants to uphold these principles at every Intel event, whether digital or in person, and to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Intel does not tolerate the following in any aspect of an event program, including business and social activities:
- Any behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, offensive, or degrading to others, including any messages, images, or interactions by anyone, in any form, regardless of location.
- Failing to comply with laws or law enforcement.
- Engaging in conduct that intimidates, threatens, harasses, or coerces participants, including, without limitation, actions based on an individual’s background, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
- Vandalizing the event venues or personal property of others.
- Smoking outside of designated smoking areas.
- Engaging in conduct that may disrupt the peace at the venue or surrounding locations.
- Sharing your event badge or credential with others.
- Failing to comply with rules or instructions issued by event personnel.
We encourage you to contact an Intel representative or event staff if you feel anything or anyone is not following these terms. Participants can email our team at Events.Experiences@intel.com. Intel employees can also report any concerns to their manager.
Failure to comply with these terms will not be tolerated. Attendees asked to stop any behavior in violation of these terms must comply immediately. If an attendee fails to comply with these terms and/or instructions from event staff, Intel may expel the attendee from the event without warning and, as applicable, without refund, including, without limitation, for any sponsorship or travel and hotel expenses. Failure to comply with these terms and/or instructions by Intel employees could result in adverse employment action, up to and including termination of employment.
Intel reserves the right to refuse admittance to or remove any person from an Intel event at any time at its sole discretion.
