Introduction
This release introduces support for the Intel® Gaudi® 3 PCIe Card HL-338 on VMware ESXi* 8.0U3 and 9.1. The Intel® Gaudi® 3 Mezzanine Card HL-325L was only certified in release 1.0.1, which must be used until the hardware is certified for the current release.

Detailed Description
Intel® Gaudi® AI Accelerators are specialized hardware designed for large-scale deep learning, delivering high-performance and energy-efficient AI training and inference to end users. This software utilizes VMware* vSphere Enhanced DirectPath I/O in conjunction with VMware* vSphere Device Groups to passthrough grouped Intel® Gaudi® AI Accelerators to a virtual machine (VM), enabling hardware telemetry monitoring via VMware* vCenter.
