4.6.3.1. Viewing Error Location

Use Fault Injection Debugger tool to view the location of the error based on the specified sector, frame and bit information.

  1. Set up the Fault Injection Debugger tool.
  2. Right-click the Agilex™ 3 in the Device chain box, Select SMH File... to load the .smh file.
  3. Select Show Device Sensitivity Map.
  4. In the dialog box, specify the Sector, Frame, and Bit in hexadecimal format in the Search box.
  5. Click Search to view the location.
