C.2. Sending a Page Request Message from the Endpoint (EP) to the Root Complex (RC)

The user application issues a Page Request Message while using the AXI4-Stream interface to send the contents of the ATS message. The RC responds with Page Request Group (PRG) Response message(s). The EP updates its ATC accordingly.
