Medical and Dental Benefits
 
Intel Mexico offers comprehensive medical and dental plans that assure employees cost-effective and flexible care. Intel and employees share the cost of employee and dependent coverage.
 
Life and Accident Insurance
 
To provide for their family's economic well-being, eligible Intel Mexico employees receive life insurance benefits at no cost. Intel also provides Business Travel Accident coverage at no cost.
 
Paid Time Off
 
Vacation Time
The number of vacation days that Intel Mexico employees receive each year is based on their length of service; from 10 days after one year of service, to a maximum of 25 days per year after five years of service. Vacations are paid at a 50 percent prime rate.
Holidays
Intel Mexico employees are entitled to approximately 14 paid statutory holidays per year.
Paid Employee Leave
Intel Mexico provides a variety of paid employee leave programs to promote work/life balance. Examples include sick and hospitalization leave; bereavement leave, in the event of a family death; marriage, maternity, paternity, parental, and family leaves; study/educational leaves; and personal leaves.
 
Other Benefits
 
Saving Fund
Intel Mexico offers a unique company-match savings plan. Employees may contribute a percentage of their salary to a saving fund; with Intel matching the contribution. Savings must be withdrawn at the end of the year.
Meal Subsidy
Intel Mexico offers a monthly Si Vale Card to eligible employees.
Parking
Intel Mexico offers free parking to all employees.
Job Tools
Necessary job tools, such as a car, parking, and/or cell phone, are provided to eligible Intel Mexico sales employees for their use.
Intel Volunteer Program
Intel Mexico encourages employees to participate in altruistic activities, e.g. visiting hospitals or helping other employees. If an employee needs support or assistance, he or she can request assistance from the volunteer program.
 
 
Savings Fund
Intel Mexico offers a unique company-matched savings plan. Employees may contribute a percentage of their salary to a savings fund; the employee's contribution is matched by Intel. Savings must be withdrawn at the end of the year.
