Inside the Museum

The Intel Museum offers a "behind-the-scenes" glimpse into Intel's world of high technology. Each year 130,000 people visit the Intel Museum located in California's famed Silicon Valley. Admission and parking are free.

The museum features:

  • Hands-on exhibits that explore how computer chips are designed and manufactured, and how they are changing our expectations about the way we work, play, learn, connect, and communicate.
  • A 1,000-square-foot retail store featuring Intel logo'd and educational merchandise.
  • An interactive learning lab designed for science classes on topics relating to Intel's technology such as electrical conductivity, sequential problem solving, and the cleanroom environment.
  • Destination of choice field trips for grades 2-12 that include a guided tour and an interactive science class in the museum's learning lab.

General information:

  • Parking and admission at the Intel Museum are free.
  • Guided tours and school field trips are available by advanced reservation.
  • Open 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, and 10am to 5pm on Saturday, excluding holidays.
  • The museum is located inside Intel's Robert Noyce Building at 2200 Mission College Boulevard, Santa Clara, California.
