Pat Gelsinger To Head Digital Enterprise Group

Abhi Talwalkar to Leave Intel

SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 23, 2005 - Intel Corporation today announced that Abhi Talwalkar, co-general manager of the Digital Enterprise Group, is leaving Intel to pursue another opportunity. Senior Vice President Pat Gelsinger, who was appointed co-general manager of the Digital Enterprise Group when it was formed in January, will assume sole responsibility for the group.

The Digital Enterprise Group develops computing and communications infrastructure platforms for end-to-end solutions in businesses.
