Intel® Online Services Selected For Sony's Imagestation Digital Imaging Web Site

SANTA CLARA, Calif., July 12, 2001 - Intel Online Services, Inc. today announced that Sony Corporation, one of the world's premiere entertainment and electronics companies, has chosen Intel® Online Services to provide managed hosting services for the Japanese version of the popular ImageStation* Web site, an online digital imaging community service.

Sony launched ImageStation in Japan in September 2000. Consumers can store and share digital photos and videos, create online albums, and email pictures and greeting cards.

Intel Online Services' AppChoice(sm) Managed Hosting Service provides customers like Sony with key functionality, including redundancy, security and flexibility to operate Web sites more efficiently.
