Intel, First International Computer Reach Settlement

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Feb. 21, 2001 - Intel Corporation and First International Computer Inc. (FIC) today announced that the two companies have resolved a pending patent infringement litigation by entering into a settlement and license agreement covering certain patents. While the terms of the settlement remain confidential, FIC looks forward to a successful business relationship.
