Intel NetStructure Products Can Speed Online Transactions by Up to 15,000 Percent** for Exodus Customers

(NASDAQ: EXDS), a leader in complex Internet hosting and managed services, today announced they have signed an agreement under which Exodus® will offer Intel® NetStructure™ products to its e-Business customers. The Intel products can improve online authentication transactions by up to 15,000 percent** (or 150 times) and can help to eliminate online customer-viewed errors while intelligently assigning data traffic to the most responsive servers. Exodus customers include more than 40 percent of the top Web sites on the Internet.***

The Intel NetStructure 7180 e-Commerce Director is the first device of its kind that combines security acceleration and application-aware traffic management to improve the speed of user authentication (Secure Socket Layer - SSL) transactions by up to 15,000 percent. It also helps to eliminate user-viewed errors and balance SSL traffic among servers based on specific URLs. The Intel NetStructure 7110 e-Commerce Accelerator boosts the speed of e-Commerce traffic by offloading the processing power needed by the server for secure Internet transactions. The accelerator can enhance server performance by up to 5,000 percent.**
