Intel Declares Regular Cash Dividend

SANTA CLARA, Calif., March 29, 2000 - Intel Corporation's Board of Directors has declared a $0.03 per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on June 1, 2000 to stockholders of record on May 7, 2000.
