Intel Increases Cash Dividend

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 16, 1998 -- Intel Corporation's Board of Directors has declared a $0.04 per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 1, 1998 to stockholders of record on November 7, 1998. This is an increase from the previous $0.03 per share quarterly dividend. Including today's action, Intel's dividend has been increased in each of the past five years.
