Acknowledgement Line(s):

  • Whenever the Intel® Core™ m3 logo appears, the following footnote must also appear: "Intel, the Intel logo, the Intel Inside logo and Intel Core are trademarks of Intel Corporation or its subsidiaries in the U.S. and/or other countries."
  • Whenever the Intel® Core™ m3 brand appears, the following footnote must also appear: "Intel and Intel Core are trademarks of Intel Corporation or its subsidiaries in the U.S. and/or other countries."

Proper Trademark Usage Rules Include:

  • As with all other trademarks, the Intel® Core™ m3 trademark should be used as an adjective and not as a noun. This means that an appropriate and approved noun from the list above must accompany the Intel® Core™ m3 trademark (e.g., Intel® Core™ m3 processor)
  • The appropriate use of trademark symbols with this trademark is as follows: Intel® Core™ m3 processor. No trademark symbol (such as, ®, ™ or SM) should be used with m3
  • Use the trademark symbol in the first appearance of the trademark in a headline, and/or the first prominent use, and first appearance in the body of text
  • Always have a space between “Core” and “m3”, such as Intel® Core™ m3 processor
  • Include the Intel mark because this is a unitary trademark with Intel as an integral part of the whole trademark; thus, Intel MUST always be used in the mark (e.g., the entire trademark is “Intel® Core™”)
  • Never hyphenate or abbreviate Intel® Core™ m3 trademark
  • Never incorporate Intel® Core™ m3 trademark or any part of the trademark into third party’s company name, product brand name, or model number
  • Never use CORE descriptively or as a play on or pun on the Intel® Core™ trademark in taglines and/or headlines when referring to the Intel® Core™ family of processors, such as “Core. The meaning of excellence.”
    • The proper use would be, “The Intel® Core™ m3 processor. The meaning of excellence.” Never use as an integrated word of a sentence in a headline/tagline, such as “Core is inside the PC.”
