Due to a problem in Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.2, when compiling an Agilex™ 7 FPGA HBM2E IP design with Fabric NoC enabled, you may encounter link bandwidth violations from the NoC Performance Report, which incorrectly flags links on the Fabric NoC.

These false bandwidth violations do not have an impact on hardware performance.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.3.1.
