Description
Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.4 and later, you might see this internal error when compiling an Agilex™ 7 FPGA design that uses design partitions.
Resolution
To work around this problem, download and install the appropriate patch for the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
Download and install Patch 0.52 for 23.4 from the appropriate link below.
