Why is the rx_ready signal stuck at ‘0’ when the Adaptation mode is set to Manual configuration in the GTS PMA/FEC Direct PHY FPGA IP?

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.1, you might see that the rx_ready signal is stuck at ‘0’ when the Adaptation mode is set to Manual configuration in the GTS PMA/FEC Direct PHY FPGA IP under RX Datapath Options tab. As an impact, you will not be able to proceed with the testing in manual adaptation mode. 

There is currently no workaround for this problem. 

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
