Why do I encounter Read data errors while running long traffic sequences with Agilex™ 7 FPGA HBM2E IP in Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.2?

  • Intel® Quartus® Prime Design Software
    • BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
    Description

    When using Agilex™ FPGA HBM2E IP, you may see read data failure/mismatch when running traffic sequence involving a large number of transactions (approximately more than 1 million).

     

     

    Resolution

    Issue has been fixed in Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software versions 23.3 and onwards version releases.
