This error is observed when compiling golden_top design example in Intel® Stratix® 10 TX Signal Integrity Development Kit by using Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software 18.1
Resolution
The golden_top design from Intel® Stratix® 10 TX Signal Integrity Development Kit is for pin instructions references and should not be used for compilation. This is because the design provided in the board resource is not a full design and is only to be used for development kit pin assignment reference.
