Errors: target 'mem_init/hdl_sim/UNUSED.dat' given more than once in the same rule

The below message could be seen in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.1 and later when generating a Nios® II Application and BSP using the .sopcinfo generated with more than one On-chip Memory RAM IP instantiated.

target 'mem_init/hdl_sim/UNUSED.dat' given more than once in the same rule               mem_init.mk      /top_bsp              line 346 C/C++ Problem

target 'mem_init/hdl_sim/UNUSED.sym' given more than once in the same rule               mem_init.mk      /top_bsp              line 373 C/C++ Problem

target 'mem_init/UNUSED.hex' given more than once in the same rule     mem_init.mk               /top_bsp              line 368 C/C++ Problem

To work around this problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.1 and later, follow these steps: 

1. Enable the option for Initialize Memory Content under Memory Initialization for the On-chip Memory RAM IP available in Platform Designer
2. Regenerate the Platform Designer HDL
