Beginning with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.2, Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA I-Series Transceiver-SoC Development Kit (4x F-Tile), DK-SI-AGI027FES order code is obsolete and replaced by DK-SI-AGI027FA order code.

Hence, this problem is not observed at the DK-SI-AGI027FES order code.
