Why does the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.1 crash when compiling an Intel Agilex® 7 M-series device?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.1, you may see the GUI crashes without any message.

 

Resolution

This problem is fixed beginning with version 23.2 of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
