Description
Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.2 and earlier, you might see this internal error after performing a full compilation of your design using the GUI.
This error occurs only in the GUI and not in the command line. This problem also only occurs in designs targeting Intel Agilex® 7 devices.
Resolution
To work around this problem, go to the Assignment menu -> Settings -> Timing Analyzer -> Interactive Timing Analysis -> uncheck the box for "Automatically launch Timing Analyzer GUI after a full compilation".
This problem is fixed beginning with version 23.3 of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
