Internal Error: Sub-system: U2B2_CFG, File: /quartus/db/u2b2/u2b2_config.cpp, Line: 313

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.2 and earlier, you might see this internal error when you promote a signal in a Reserved Core Partition Logic Lock region to a global network.

To work around this problem, follow the steps below:

1. Make sure the signal from the Reserved Core Partition Logic Lock region is exposed to the top level.

2. Drive the signal onto the global network from outside the Logic Lock region.

3. Drive the signal back into the Reserved Core Partition Logic Lock region.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
