Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.1, you may see the following error when opening an Intel Agilex® 7 F-Tile device Transceiver Toolkit with the Microsoft* Windows* operating system.

Couldn’t execute “pwd”: no such file or directory

while executing

“source” “ftile_transceiver_toolkit_body.tcl””

To work around this problem, you can download and install patch 0.03 for Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.1.
