Why does the Megawizard Plug-in Manager fail to launch the Triple-Speed Ethernet FPGA IP when using the Quartus® Prime Software Standard Edition v18.0?

Due to an update in the Quartus® Prime Software Standard Edition v18.0 and onwards, the following error will be seen when trying to launch the Triple-Speed Ethernet FPGA IP using the Megawizard Plug-in Manager:

"Failed to launch Megawizard Plug-in Manager. Triple-Speed Ethernet FPGA IP v18.0 could not be found in the specified library paths".

To work around this problem, launch the Triple-Speed Ethernet FPGA IP using IP Catalog.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Software Standard Edition.
