Description
Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.4, when you retry partial reconfiguration after a failed partial reconfiguration attempt on Intel Agilex® 7 devices, you might see partial reconfiguration fails with error code 0xF004001A read from the Partial Reconfiguration Controller Intel® FPGA IP.
Resolution
This problem has been fixed in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.4.
