    Yes, refer to the Guideline: Maximum Current Driving I/O Pins While Turned Off and During Power Sequencing in the Intel® Arria® 10 Core Fabric and General Purpose I/Os Handbook.

    The guidelines in the section are also applicable to VREFB pins in Intel® Arria® 10 devices, even though VREFB pins are categorized as power pins in the Intel® Arria® 10 GX, GT, and SX Device Family Pin Connection Guidelines

    Follow the guidelines described in the Guideline: Maximum Current Driving I/O Pins While Turned Off and During Power Sequencing in the Intel® Arria® 10 Core Fabric and General Purpose I/Os Handbook for VREFB pins in Intel® Arria® 10 devices.
