Why do I get incorrect Package Mechanism Drawing (PMD) files for Intel® Stratix® 10 1ST085EN2F43 & 1ST085EN3F43 devices?

Description

Due to a problem in the Packaging Device Information website, you may get the wrong Package Mechanism Drawing (PMD) file for these Intel® Stratix® 10 devices - 1ST085EN2F43 & 1ST085EN3F43.

Resolution

To work around this problem, download the PMD file for device 1ST085EN1F43, which is the correct PMD file with 1760-pin, file name: j90148_r01_final.pdf.

This problem is currently scheduled to be resolved in a future update of the package website.
