Due to a problem in the Intel® FPGA Power and Thermal Calculator (PTC) version 21.4 and earlier, you may see incorrect data width (72-bit) with eSRAM as the RAM type.
This problem has no impact on Intel® Quartus® Power Analyzer.
The correct data width of eSRAM is 64-bit, referring to the Intel® Agilex™ Embedded Memory User Guide, chapter 4.2.2.1.
This problem is currently scheduled to be resolved in a future release of the Intel® FPGA Power and Thermal Calculator (PTC).
