Description
In the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.3, you might see this error message when launching System Console with an older version of the Board Test System (BTS) GUI. This error is because of a change to the System Console path.
Resolution
All the Board Test System (BTS) GUI releases can be launched if you want to launch it on the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.3 and after.
The BTS GUI releases before the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.3 needs to be upgraded with a new library if you want to launch it on the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.3 and after.
Follow these steps:
- Update the “lib\com.intel.bts.systemconsole.client.jar” with the attached file, if the BTS folder has the file with the same name, "com.intel.bts.systemconsole.client.jar".
- Update the “lib\ com.psg.bts.quartus.jar” with the attached file, if the BTS folder has the file with the same name “com.psg.bts.quartus.jar" (only needed for the Intel Agilex® I-Series FPGA Development Kit).
