Why is the Add PR Programming File Option disabled in Programmer?

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software, you may see the Add PR Programming file option is disabled when doing Partial Reconfiguration (PR) over JTAG operation in Programmer as below:

1. Open Programmer and click Auto Detect.
2. Right-click FPGA and choose Change File, then choose .sof file and click OK.
3. Right-click the .sof file, you will find the Add PR Programming File Option is disabled.

To work around this problem, follow the steps below:

1. Open Programmer and click Add File, then choose .sof file and click OK.
2. Right-click .sof file, and you will find Add PR Programming File Option is enabled.

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.4.
