Why doesn’t the F-Tile Transceiver Toolkit eye viewer feature work in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v21.4 ?

    Description

    Due to problems with the Transceiver Toolkit in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v21.4, the eye viewer for FHT and FGT PMA is not functional.

    Resolution

    A patch is available to fix this problem for the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.4. Download and install Patch 0.24 from the following links:

    This problem is fixed beginning with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 22.3.
