Why do changes made to the Nios® V processor BSP settings disappear if the Platform Designer System is modified?

    Description

    Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.3 and later, unsaved Nios® V processor BSP settings are lost if the Platform Designer system is modified. 

    Resolution

    To work around this problem, save the Nios® V processor BSP settings before making modifications to the Platform Designer system.

    This problem is scheduled to be resolved for a future version of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
