Why does the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software fail to generate the Sensitivity Map Header File (.smh)?

    Description

    Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v21.3 and earlier, you might not see any warning message when your single event upset (SEU) license is missing or expired. The Advanced SEU detection feature and the fault injection feature will not work without a valid SEU license.

     

    Resolution

    A warning message for this problem is scheduled to be included in a future release of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
