Description
Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.1 and later, you may see the Timing Analyzer hangs with a "Please wait" pop-up window when you run "Check Timing" in the Timing Analyzer GUI.
Resolution
To work around this problem, change the 'set_net_delay' timing constraints to 'set_data_delay' constraints in the .sdc file.
This problem is fixed beginning with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.3.
