Description
Due to a problem with the Intel® R-Tile Avalon® Streaming for PCI Express IP in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v21.3 for Microsoft Windows, the design example generation may fail. When this happens you might see the following error:
Error: couldn't open "C:/Users/<path>/0001_intel_rtile_pcie_ast_1_gen/pcie_ed_rp//create_quartus_project.tcl"
Resolution
To work around this problem follow these steps:
- Upgrade your Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software to v21.4
- Generate a new Intel® R-Tile Avalon® Streaming for PCI Express IP design example: intel-rtile-pcie-ast-ed.tcl
