Error row ‘x’ digital frequency must be at least 820.312500 MHz

Due to a problem in the Intel® FPGA Power and Thermal Calculator (PTC) version 21.3 and earlier, you might see an error in the message pane referencing the transceiver (XCVR) page after importing a .qptc file. This problem only affects Intel Agilex® 7 devices.            

To work around this problem, correct the setting manually by changing the digital frequency from 0.01 to at least 820.312500 MHz . The digital frequency can be toggled depending on your usage.

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.4.
