    Description

    Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro edition software version 19.2, you may see this error when using an older version of floating license. The FlexLM library has been upgraded to v11.16.1.0 in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro edition software version 19.2.

    Resolution

    To work around this problem, upgrade the license daemon software on your license server to the latest version.

    The latest daemon software (alterad) can be downloaded from the License Daemon Downloads website.
