Description
In the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.2 and later and the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software version 19.1 and later, you may see this error when running the Nios® II Embedded Design Suite (EDS) Command Shell .bat script.
This error only occurs when using the Windows* platform and Nios® II project and the Nios® II EDS installation directory are not located on a local/fixed drive.
Resolution
To work around this problem, manually mount the non-local/fixed drives in Windows Subsystem for Linux* (WSL).
