Error: The imported design contains illegal routings. Recompile your design using the latest version of the Intel® Quartus® Prime software.

    Description

    Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.1, you may see see this error when importing an Intel® Arria® 10 PR(Partial Reconfiguration) design from version 18.1 or earlier.

    Resolution

    To work around this problem, discard the original compiled database and recompile the design you want to import in version 18.1 Update 1 or later.

    Designs exported from version 19.1 and later do not have this problem.
