Can I use the Macronix MX25L257 device for Active Serial configuration with Intel® FPGA devices?

Description

No, the Macronix MX25L257 device cannot be used for Active Serial (AS) configuration with Intel® FPGA devices.

Resolution

There is no workaround.  A supported serial flash device must be used.
