How should the “Config Stream Parameters” setting be configured in the Mailbox Client Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA IP?

Environment

  • Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition
  • Altera S10 Mailbox Client Core
    • BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
    Description

    In Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro software  version 18.0.1, you may be  asked to configure the “Config Stream Parameters” setting during the initialization of Mailbox Client Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA IP Core. This request can safely be ignored, and the default setting can be used..

    This will not impact the performance of the Mailbox Client Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA IP Core.
