Description
Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro edition software version 19.1, this error may be seen when using the Automatic Register Duplication feature via the DUPLICATE_REGISTER assigment in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Settings file (.qsf).
Resolution
A patch is available to fix this problem for the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.1. Download and install Patch 0.36 from the appropriate link below.
