Description
Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.3, you may see this critical warning during synthesis. This critical warning occurs when you have nodes in your design with a fan out of more than 10,000.
Critical Warning: Tcl command 'register_duplication_rpt::execute_all [list rule_record:synthesized:TMC-20500 rule_record:synthesized:TMC-20501 ] [list result_record:synthesized:TMC-20500 result_record:synthesized:TMC-20501 ]' returned error: invalid bareword "Auto"
Resolution
This warning is safe to ignore, but the Design Assistant rules TMC-20500 and TMC-20501 will not run.
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
